Our Why

At Transformational Education Services, Inc. (TES), we believe that education is the foundation for opportunity, empowerment, and lasting change. Too many individuals in underserved communities lack access to the tools and guidance they need to thrive leaving gaps in financial literacy, career readiness, and personal development that continue cycles of struggle. We exist to change that.

Founded in 2024 by Rubbie Groves-Clay a dedicated real estate broker, mentor, and community advocateTES was created to close critical educational gaps and open doors to stability, growth, and success. Through programs like Get A Hold Of Your Darn Finances (GAHOYDF), we provide youth and adults with practical, culturally relevant financial education and resources designed to break generational barriers and build brighter futures.

Our why is simple: to equip individuals with knowledge and skills that transform lives, families, and communities for generations to come.
